We have different refund policies depending on the product or service purchased. Please see below for specific details.
We give you an unconditional one-month money back guarantee. Refund requests after the first calendar month will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time.
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a full refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a full refund. The same applies if you open a second account with us in addition to your main account.
VPS and dedicated servers are non-refundable, with three exceptions:
1. If you experience verifiable downtime that is our fault (e.g. power failure, network outage, etc.), you are entitled to a prorated refund of the server time lost.
2. If you upgrade your server with us, and cancel the old one at least three days before the end of its current bill cycle, you are entitled to a prorated refund of any remaining time on the old server.
3. If a server you ordered (on a business day, during business hours) is not provisioned that day, you are entitled to a credit of the server time lost.
Domain names are non-refundable.
SSL certificates are non-refundable.
